Scope rules that keep this clean

These rules protect both sides and keep the session useful.

Refunds and rescheduling
Reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Full refund any time before the private booking link is issued. Once the booked session begins, the session fee is earned.
One session, one outcome
Each paid session covers one defined outcome. Extra outcomes require another session or custom scope.
No unlimited support
Payment covers the selected working session and the stated session deliverable.
No third-party guarantees
Results can depend on third-party tools, platforms, permissions, account access, software limits, and client follow-through.

The expected output is a next step, draft, recommendation, setup, process, or action path tied to the selected session.
